Why we exist
The bolt-on model can not survive what is coming.
ZeroTB started from a simple observation. Companies were paying compliance vendors $30K to $80K a year to get a dashboard that told them what already broke. The engineers building the actual systems were doing the remediation work themselves, on top of shipping. The vendors collected the screenshots. The auditors checked the boxes. Real risk lived in the gap.
Then AI velocity hit. The gap stopped being a gap. It became a chasm.
We built ZeroTB because the bolt-on model can not survive what is coming. Compliance has to be wired into how software gets built, not wrapped around it.
